What we offer is a unique experience bringing variety and diversity to every class, along with beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to ensure the optimal workout for each individual. No class will ever be the same. Our class sizes are a maximum of 12 full time boot campers, making it more personal, giving more attention to individual detail and ensuring correct posture, positioning and execution of every aspect of your boot camp class.
